  I was not happy with service at all! I came here from Denver CO to spend time with friends. We went to the casino and then to IHOP: We were greeted right away and got a booth with no hesitation. We ordered and waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes all for our waitress to tell us that they apologize and that they were short staffed. We waited a bit longer before walking out the door. We never got food! The customer service is terrible!!!! The facility is dirty and there are a bunch of ignorant idiots running this place! DO NOT COME HERE!

  Everytime I go, the service is terrible, the employees are rude, and if I pay cash I don't get my change back no matter the bill I pay with.
  
  I recently went around midnight on my birthday just myself as a breakfast meal for one and I attempted to use the coupon I was sent online. Not only did the employee roll her eyes at me and say I don't think you can do that and walk away but the manager walked up to me and yelled at me as I walked out the door because I didn't have the coupon printed out.
  Exactly a year before this I had gone to the same restaurant during the day to get myself a meal and didn't get served my food for over an hour with employees walking away telling me it'd be out soon. When I left I still hadn't received half the food I had ordered and I hadn't ordered much as I was a party of one.
  I have no respect for the management of this particular establishment as they repeatedly exhibit terrible customer service.
  
  On top of all that, the lobby is kept at near 67*F which is pretty chilly but a matter of preference.
